Transfer of stocks of listed companies is subject to "T+1". Investors cannot sell the stocks they bought in the same day; investors can buy securities with the funds they recovered by selling stocks in the same day, but cannot cash out these funds. Market makers can sell stocks of listed companies they bought via market making in the same day.
